The largest 41, 000 tons German battleship sinks in the fire of the British naval forces on 27.05.1941.The battleship that was almost disabled because was already hit by a torpedo had sailed from the Baltic port of Gdynia and was sighted in the North Atlantic by British reconnaissance units. Almost the entire crew perished. According to witnesses, a British marine painter drew the wreck of the sinking Bismarck, as it is shown in our photo
