Dummy tanks during Reichswehr maneuvers, 1925
The picture shows dummy tanks made of wood, sheet and cardboard assembled on bicycles, which were used by the Reichswehr during their maneuvers. The picture shows several of these vehicles near the village of Luetzow where these maneuvers were held. The Treaty of Versailles did not allowed the German troops to possess real tanks, that is why the Reichswehr constructed such dummies. Date created: 01.01.1925-31.12.1925
