Eamon de Valera, the new Prime Minister of the Irish Free State while leaving the Houses of Parliament in Dublin where he met representatives of Great Britain and he negotiated the legal relation of the two countries. De Valera intends to nullify the oath of allegiance that Ireland swore to the King of England and to deny the conventional amount of taxes paid to Great Britain
