Elector's House in Berlin-Mitte, around 1860
The Elector's House at No. 5 Poststrasse in the Nikolai Quarter in Berlin is named after Elector Johann Sigismund, who died there in 1620. The house was demolished in 1867 and replaced by a new building by Carl Schwatlo. The picture was taken before the demolition around the year 1860. In the house are the Mobel-Magazin von M. Reinert and a Damen-Mantel-Fabrik
