On 04/20/1935 Emmy Sonnemann Goering was on stage for the last time in Heinrich von Kleist's Minna von Barnhelm'. After the show the director of the State Theatre, Gustaf Gruendgens held a brief farewell speech on the stage in the presence of the entire theater staff
