After the Inter-allied government- and plebiscite commission for Upper Silesia (IK), led by General Henry Le Rond took over on 11 February 1920 the governmental power in the voting area, until 14 July 1922, French and Italian troops are already stationed in Upper Silesia and now British soldiers and military equipment arrive
