Equestrian monument in Windhoek, 1912
The equestrian statue is a war memorial by Adolf Kuerle and is intended to commemorate all Germans who lost their lives in the suppression of the rebellions of the Herero and Hottentots. The monument stands in Windhoek, German South West Africa and was inaugurated in 1912
