American troops want to establish a Red Cross HQ in the devastated town of Fliry in the department of Meurthe et Moselle during the American Meuse-Argonne Offensive in 1918. Among them are two female members of the Red Cross. The women's names are Mrs. Walter Farrell and Miss Scott Blanchard. 17.09.1918
