Ewald von Kleist, 1940s

Ewald von Kleist (1881-1954) a member of the Reichswehr, held the office of colonel. In the Wehrmacht he received the rank of Colonel General. Under his command, military successes were achieved both in the Polish campaign and in the French campaign. He died in Russian captivity. Undated photo, probably in the early 1940s
