Felix Edmundovich Dzerzhinsky, Soviet politician founded in 1917 on the order of Lenin, the Soviet secret police Cheka (1922 converted to the GPU -State Political Directorate). In 1920/21 he was also People's Commissar in the Ministry of the Interior
