At the opening of the IBA, the International Office Exhibition, on Kaiserdamm in Berlin, the first fully automated lottery machine in the world was demonstrated. This electro-automatic-typographic lottery combination was built under order of the management of the Prussian-South German class lottery, so that cheating would be almost impossible.
