Members of the fascist youth organization Opera Nazionale Balilla have lined up at the roadside and are showing the Roman salute. One youth carries the standard of the local group Milan. The standard consists of the local group name Legio Mediolanensis (Milan Legion), the city arms of Milan (left) and the arms of the Visconti (right). The picture was taken in September 1928
