During the battles for Talavera, at Toledo, Castilla-La Mancha, a soldier of the Franco troops hands a box of ammunition to his comrade from a truck. In the background, a Spanish foreign legionary from Morocco (Fuerzas Regulares Indigenas) gives a hand. The soldier in the middle wears simple cotton shoes with braided hemp soles (so-called Alpargatas)
