Soldiers of the 151st infantry regiment march from the Alexander fort to the old Ehrenbreitstein fortress where the flag is to be lowered. Koblenz was occupied by the French for 11 years after the First World War, when they vacated the city the second zone of the Rhineland was returned to Germany
