Funeral of Henry of Prussia on the Hemmelmark estate, 1929

The funeral of Prince Henry of Prussia took place on 24 April 1929. He was buried in a mausoleum on his estate Hemmelmark. The picture shows the funeral procession with the relatives and dependants of the deceased, among them Prince August Wilhelm of Prussia (centre left, in the background, in uniform), Oskar of Prussia (to the right of Wilhelm, in the background) and Prince Eitel Friedrich of Prussia (centre, half-hidden). The second woman from the left is probably the widow, Irene of Prussia (born of Hesse-Darmstadt)
