Gangster killed in New York, 1937
The body of the murdered gangster Samuel Silverman is being examined by the deputy coroner Romeo Auerbach. The corpse with hands and feet tied together was found in a car in Brooklyn. Silverman was killed with three headshots because he had betrayed other gangsters who had committed a robbery. For this information Silverman had been released on bail
