Gdansk against Poland in court
The Free City of Danzig went to the International Court of Justice in The Hague against Poland. The issue was the admission of Polish warships in the port waters of Gdansk. Hitherto, the Polish Senate had denied this. The port was placed under Polish administration when Danzig received the status of Free City.
