Some boys go to the work camp with pickaxes and shovels. German and English boys, aged between 17 and 28, work together in a work camp at Dauntsey's School in West Lavington, Wiltshire. Some are students, others industrial workers. Their work consists of felling trees, leveling the ground and building roads
