The Wittelsbach palace in the Briennerstrasse in Munich. It was built between 1843 - 1848, was the retirement home of King Ludwig I of Bavaria and from 1933 Gestapo headquarters in Munich, in 1944 it was destroyed by Allied air raids and in 1950 it was demolished
