Giant aerial camera, 1935

Photo of a camera-man operating a giant aerial camera. Here, the aerial camera was used to make a new map of California. Due to the innovative ten-lens system, an area of ??2000 sq. kms could be shot from the highest possible altitude. The cameraman must use an oxygen device for an easy breathing due to the height reaching up to the stratosphere
