Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels is giving a speech after the electoral victory of the NSDAP in the parliamentary election of Gdansk at a Nazi mass rally in Neuteich. Although the NSDAP had obtained a majority, it did not obtain a two-thirds majority, so Gdansk was not yet brought into line.
