The German glider and motorized plane pilot Hanna Reitsch after landing on Lake Constance with the seaplane Seeadler ('Sea Eagle') of the German Research Institute for Gliding (DFS). Reitsch performed sea glider trials which were led by Hans Jakobs, the designer of the Sea Eagle
