As a guest of the Verein der Auslaendischen Presse zu Berlin, Air Force General Hermann Goering is quoted as saying that the German Luftwaffe serves solely for peace. His speech included the demand to the world press to report objectively and truthfully on the subject of the Reichsluftwaffe in the future. His wife Emmy is sitting opposite him, on the right side of the picture is his adjutant, Lieutenant Colonel Karl Bodenschatz
