On 01.04.1935 Hermann Goering (left) took over the command of the units of the anti-aircraft artillery as Commander of the Luftwaffe. The takeover took place symbolically on the military training area Doeberitz at Berlin at the antiaircraft artillery battalions Doeberitz and Lankwitz.
