Hitler's speech on the Enabling Act, 1933
Adolf Hitler gives a governmental declaration and demands the support of the deputies for the Enabling act, which overrides the constitutional law of the Weimar Republic and provides the government with special powers to act independently. Against the votes of the SPD (KPD member have already been arrested or scared away), all parties vote in favour for the new act. 23.03.1933-23.03.1933
