Imperial Public Library in St. Petersburg
The Imperial Library in St. Petersburg, which was opened in 1814, in the site of the Russian National Library. The latter was founded in 1795 in accordance with the wishes of Empress Catherine II. On the right you can see the old building, in the extension on the left there is the new reading room
