Inauguration of the Victory Monument in Bolzano, 1928
Ten years after the annexation of South Tyrol by Italy, a victory monument was inaugurated in Bolzano. The monument, erected under Benito Mussolini, was dedicated to the Italian victory in the First World War and was the expression of radical Italianization policy
