On March 27, 1941, Japan's Foreign Minister Matsuoka Yosuke, Adolf Hitler, and the Japanese Ambassador Lieutenant General Oshima (standing from left to right on the balcony on the left of the picture) met at the New Reich Chancellery on Wilhelmstrasse in Berlin-Mitte. A large crowd on the Wilhelmplatz cheers them. On the right side of the picture is the Ordenspalais
