 : Joseph V. Stalin, 1941

Joseph V. Stalin, 1941

Stalin on the front page of an issue of the Pravda, the party newspaper of the CPSU, in 1941. After the National Socialist Germany started the German-Soviet war with Operation Barbarossa, Stalin calls on the Soviet people to resist in a printed speech: All our forces are in support of our heroic Red Army, our glorious Red Navy! All the strength of the people to defeat the enemy! Forward, for our victory! Stalin also points out that Napoleon himself failed in his attempt to conquer Russia
