Kamikaze attack at Leyte, 1944
During this sea battle at Leyte the Japanese used kamikaze fighters for the first time. The crew of the American aircraft carrier White Plains tries to take cover from the oncoming kamikazes. The first five kamikazes under the leadership of Captain Seki were the role models for all later suicide pilots
