The Karl Muellersches Volksbad in Munich
The Muellersches Volksbad was once one of the most modern public swimming establishments and is still unique with its exceptional Art Nouveau architecture. Munich owes this treasure thanks to the generous donation of the citizen Karl Mueller, who wanted to donate a bath to the common people. The Volksbad was then built from 1897 to 1901 by Carl Hocheder
