King Edward V of England

Edward V (2./3.11.1470-25.06.1483). Son of Edward IV and after his return to the throne in 1471 recognized as an heir. At the age of 13, he ascended the throne of England, but his short reign was marked by fighting between his mother's relatives and his uncle Richard, Duke of Gloucester (Richard III). The legitimacy of Edward and his brother was questioned, and it is believed by some that Richard had them killed in the Tower of London
