A small goods train transports dirt, which was left over from the construction of the connection street between the Coliseum and the memorial for King Victor Emanuel. In the background is the Arch of Constantine, 12AD, built by the Roman Senate and the people to commemorate Constantine's victory over Maxentius in the battle of Ponte Milvio. Right: the Coliseum
