Lord Walter Runciman on the way to the Lower House. There, Prime Minister Chamberlain will make the statement that the Czechoslovak Government has accepted Lord Runciman as a permanent consultant. With his report on the situation of the Sudeten Germans (Runciman Report), Runciman eventually decided on the attitude of the British government Chamberlain in the negotiations for the Munich Agreement in 1938
