The photo shows the Ludwig Siebert Festival Hall on Ludwigstrasse (left in the photo) in Bayreuth in 1936. In its previous function, the festival hall was called the Margravial Riding Hall, was named after the National Socialist Ludwig Siebert in honor of him in the Third Reich in 1935, and is now called the City Hall
