M Battalions of the Black Shirts during a march in Rome
Since 1941 there were special combat units of the Blackshirts, the so-called Battaglioni M'. The picture shows a parade of the M battalions in Rome on the occasion of the presentation of bravery awards. The picture was taken in September or early October 1942
