A man demonstrates the filling of radium in a radium needle. A lead-lined box protects him from the radioactive rays. Radium is used for the radiotherapy of malignant tumors (radium therapy). The presentation takes place in the scope of the annual congress of the British Institute of Radiology and the X-ray Society in the Central Hall in Westminster
