March of Italian Young Fascists on the Wilhelmplatz - Berlin

A parade of 1200 Italian young fascists of the Opera Nazionale Balilla (youth organization of the Italian fascists) marched through Wilhelmstrasse in Berlin-Mitte on June 16, 1937. On the side of the road are spectators giving the Hitler salute and youths of the Hitler Youth. They are standing in front of the Foreign Office. The photograph was taken on the roof of the Reich Ministry for Popular Enlightenment and Propaganda and was published by Heinrich Hoffmann. The dome of the Reichstag can be seen in the background
