Mata Hari
Mata Hari, real name Margaretha Geertruida Zelle (1876-1917), famous spy for Germany in the First World War. The photo shows her as Salome in a dance scene in 1912 in Rome. In 1917 the Dutchwoman was sentenced to death by a French military court and executed at Vincennes near Paris
