During the meeting of the League of Nations Council
During the meeting of the League of Nations Council in Lugano (December 10-15, 1928) the German Reich and the victorious powers from the First World War negotiated about the evacuation of the occupied territories and the reparations. Germany, Great Britain, the USA, France, Italy, Belgium and Japan agreed about the establishment of a commission of experts for the revision of the reparations.
