The Italian Partito Nazionale Fascista (PNF) honored the fallen of the fascist movement through numerous memorials in Italian cities. This picture shows one of those sites. Behind the soldier standing guard, the names of the fallen are immortalized on several marble plaques. In the foreground, a lamp protrudes from three fasces.
