Exiled Indians at a memorial service held by the Indian students union of Berlin in the Hotel Kaiserhof in Berlin for the victims of the massacre of Jallianwala Bagh on April 13, 1919 in Amritsar, when a protest against the British-Indian government was broken up with bloodshed. Dr. Dhawan, an eyewitness, speaks about the events on the day when hundreds of Indians were murdered and over 1000 were wounded.
