View of the middle parlor of the manor. On the walls is a precious Chinese silk wallpaper, a gift from Tsarina Catherine II of Russia to her ambassador in Berlin, Maximilian von Alopaeus. Later, Kaiser Wilhelm II bought the wallpaper and presented it to Chancellor von Bismarck. Otto von Bismarck was born in 1815 at Schloss Schoenhausen in the Altmark, Prussia
