Monument to Kurt Eisner, 1919
Memorial to murdered USPD politician and Bavarian Minister President Kurt Eisner. Eisner was assassinated by the student Anton Graf von Arco auf Valley from the environment of the Thule Society. Eisner was the leader of the November Revolution in Munich and proclaimed the Bavarian Republic a free state. The Versammlung der Arbeiter- und Soldatenraete (Assembly of Workers and Soldiers Council) elected him as Bavarian Prime Minister
