Mussolini with supporters before the march on Rome

The Quadrumvirs were four men of the Italian Fascists who, through an alliance, were to prepare the March on Rome for Mussolini in mid-October 1922. In the picture, two of the men accompany Benito Mussolini (left, with sash) on his way through the streets of Naples on 24 October 1922, namely Michele Bianchi (far right, secretary of the PNF) and Cesare Maria De Vecchi (next to him on the left, commander of the Squadrists). Mussolini gave a speech in Naples and set 28 October as the date for the March on Rome
