At the muster of the German Labor Front in the Sportpalast in Berlin company leader Dr. Rohrer makes a speech on the practical operating experience with the suggestion scheme. Right next to the rostrum the Gauberufsverwalter of DAF, Pg. Neese, the deputy Gauleiter of Berlin State Councillor Artur Goerlitzer and Gauobmann of the DAF Oberbereichsleiter Pg.
