Natives of the Witboi tribe in German Southwest Africa, 1904
The members of the Witboi in South West Africa supported the German Schutztruppen at the beginning of the rebellions against the Herero, but revolted against German rule in October 1904 and contributed to the rebellion in the south of the colony. The photo shows the Witboi as fighters on the German side
