The picture shows the E-boat tender Tsingtau and several fast attack crafts of the Navy in the port of Swinoujscie during a naval parade. E-boats were small warships which were armed at that time with torpedoes, and were able to reach high speeds. The escort ship was used to house the soldiers and for the transport of meals, ammunition and fuel
