Four weeks after the German invasion of Paris, the newsstands are full of German newspapers and magazines, here on the Boulevard des Italiens, near the opera. Among the newspapers are the Deutsche Allgemeine Zeitung, the Koelnische Illustrierte Zeitung ( title picture with Adolf Hitler and Hermann Goering), Voelkischer Beobachter, Koelnische Zeitung, Deutsche Allgemeine Zeitung, Der Adler ('and now - England'), Die Wehrmacht (ed. by the High Command of the Wehrmacht, title picture: a tank) as well as Das Illustrierte Blatt (title picture: a soldier)
