The picture shows the arrival of new students in the Luftkriegsschule 3 in Wildpark Potsdam, where were trained the young officers of the Air Force. Residents and spectators welcome the troops with the Nazi salute. On the house there is a sign that reads: People fly again and you will be the winner by yourself
